DOMUS FLAVIA

The province of Rome is well worth a visit and it is also the ideal strategic point from which to visit the city of Rome and the most important tourist attractions in the Lazio Region. THE HOUSE
The property covers an area of 15,000 square metres and includes the main building, a suite and a separate building for staff – immersed in a large park with swimming pool. The complex has been recently renovated and re-decorated in country-chic style with meticulous attention to the smallest detail. The appliances are modern and of excellent quality, blending in perfectly with the décor and offering all the comfort of a five-star hotel. The facility can accommodate up to 8 guests. The Domus Flavia is offered for booking in its entirety, preferably on a weekly basis. It is also an ideal location for events of every kind, thanks to the refinement of the indoor and outdoor spaces and the distinctively warm and exclusive atmosphere. The 300-square metre main building consists of three floors.
THE GROUND FLOOR
Includes a spacious living room with fireplace and air-conditioning, a large, fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker with six burners and oven, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher; the splendid dining room is furnished with a solid wood three-metre long table with chairs, a sofa, armchair and TV. There is also a bathroom and a utility room with sink and second refrigerator for the exclusive use of the staff.
THE UPPER FLOOR
Contains two double bedrooms with private bath and two twin bedrooms which share a bright spacious bathroom. All the bedrooms are equipped with TV and have a terrace overlooking the park.
THE SUITE
With a separate entrance directly from the park, is 60 square metres, and consists of a spacious double bedroom, bath, shower, Turkish bath and a large spa Jacuzzi, surrounded by shaded windows offering a splendid view of the park and surrounding landscape. The suite is equipped with TV, mini-fridge, electric kettle and espresso coffee machine.
THE POOL
The swimming pool – 12 by 6 metres – is located on a natural terrace and equipped with sun beds, lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas, as well as a spacious outdoor shower.
BARBECUE
There is a large brick barbecue in front of a wooden pergola near the kitchen which shades a large table with chairs – the ideal place to enjoy a good pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven, or a lunch or dinner of grilled meat or fish.
THE BASEMENT
This area is dedicated exclusively to wellness and fitness and includes a fully-equipped gym and a round Jacuzzi tub in the large adjoining room leading to the sauna and the Turkish bath with sensory lighting system.
OUTDOOR AREA
The outdoor areas are enchanting: the park is meticulously cared for by the villa staff, and its wealth of flowers and ancient trees offer up different scents and colours each month of the year.
